Attorney Nina Golshan Appointed to Sycamores Governing Board

LOS ANGELES - October 8, 2026 – Sycamores, a nonprofit organization providing behavioral health care & support services to help children & families in need, has appointed Associate Nina Golshan to its Governing Board, in a recent announcement posted to their website. 

“Nina brings a thoughtful combination of professional expertise and commitment to the community,” said Debra Manners, President and CEO of Sycamores. “We are pleased to welcome her to the Sycamores Board and look forward to the perspective and experience she will contribute as we continue our work to help children, young adults and families create a better life.”

As a member of Hahn & Hahn LLP's Business department, Nina counsels her clients in commercial transactions and general business matters. She has a background in complex corporate and commercial financing transactions as well as private investment funds formation and structuring. She has represented financial institutions and public and private companies in a broad range of industries, including software, energy, healthcare and retail. 

Nina has been a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 2021 and the Pasadena Bar Association since 2023. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Pasadena Bar Association’s Women’s Section. She was also selected as one of Pasadena Magazine’s “Top Attorneys” in 2025.
