Chris is the first CEO and female Managing Partner of Hahn & Hahn. In this role, she is responsible for strategy and firm leadership, which includes developing, implementing, and driving organizational goals, procedures, and policies; managing all aspects of the firm’s operations; and overseeing business development. She also maintains her legal practice, advising management teams to identify and proactively mitigate risk, achieve financial sustainability, manage legal and regulatory compliance, discreetly resolve sensitive internal challenges, and develop high-level, long-term solutions that benefit all stakeholders. Her decades of industry experience provide her with in-depth knowledge of complex debt and capital strategies, inorganic growth strategies, strategic partnerships, complex financing acquisitions, commercial real estate, M&A activities, and other business transactions.
