Dean represents creditors (secured and unsecured), debtors, creditors’ committees and purchasers in the bankruptcy, restructuring and liquidation of companies. With over 40 years of experience, Dean focuses his practice in business reorganization, corporate insolvency, commercial and bankruptcy litigation, commercial transactions, as well as the acquisition of assets and businesses in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts.
