Hahn & Hahn Announces Attorney Promotions for 2024
LOS ANGELES – Jan. 17, 2024 – Hahn & Hahn is proud to announce the promotion of three attorneys—Susanne B. Cohen; Kayla K. Horacek; and Kirk L. Moon, III—who have been elected to the firm's partnership effective January 1, 2024. In addition, Heather L. Vanderpool has been promoted to Of Counsel.

A member of the firm's Trust & Estates and Litigation practice groups, Cohen is widely known for her skills in trust and estates and conservatorship litigation with a focus on elder financial abuse. She advises clients on conservatorship and estate administration matters, estate and special needs planning, and represents fiduciary clients in court supervised cases.
As a Certified Family Law Specialist and accredited Minor's Counsel, Horacek is a member of the firm's Family Law and Litigation practice groups and has extensive experience in dissolution matters, including child custody, property division and support. She also has a deep understanding of paternity matters and domestic violence issues and handles transactional family law matters such as prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Moon is a business attorney who provides legal representation and advice to individuals and entities of all types in corporate, residential and commercial real estate and other business matters, with a focus on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. He also has a background in healthcare, representing individual physicians, medical groups and health plans in both transactional and regulatory matters.
Vanderpool, a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, has a broad-ranging practice, which includes commercial litigation, products liability, intellectual property, entertainment, and common law claims in both state and federal courts. She has represented a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to international corporations.
