LOS ANGELES - June 4, 2025 – Partner D. Jason Lyon has been named as a Commissioner to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority, which owns and operates Hollywood Burbank Airport, effective June 1, 2025.

In this role, Jason joins two other commissioners representing Pasadena's interests in the joint powers agency along with three commissioners each from Burbank and Glendale. Together, their mission is to "provide state-of-the-art regional airport facilities and related services which are efficient, safe, convenient, and user-friendly, while being a good neighbor," according to the Hollywood Burbank Airport website.

One of the key initiatives for the Airport Authority is overseeing the construction of a new passenger terminal, which is set to open in October 2026.
