Partner Laura V. Farber Featured in Latest Issue of ABA Journal
LOS ANGELES – July 6, 2026 – The ABA Journal, published by the American Bar Association [ABA], featured Partner and ABA President-Elect Nominee Laura V. Farber in its latest issue published this month. The article highlighted Laura's background and history as well as her professional accomplishments which have contributed significantly to her leadership qualifications and approach to preparing to become president of the ABA in 2027.
Laura will be the first Latina to serve as ABA president and has decades of experience within the ABA as well as other considerable organizations including the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Laura was recently nominated by the American Bar Association’s Nominating Committee, to become the President-Elect of the ABA in August of 2026, to then serve as President in August of 2027 through August of 2028.
