Ramez Krishnan
Ramez Krishnan is a Partner in Hahn & Hahn’s Business Department. He advises private equity funds, family offices, venture and growth investors, founders, startups and operating companies in a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Ramez also represents management teams and executives on buyouts and other equity compensation related matters.
