Rita Diaz is the Chair of the Litigation department and focuses her practice on estate planning and advising trustees and beneficiaries through trust and probate administrations, especially those that are, or could be, contentious. She represents clients in various trust and estate litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary disputes and trust contests. Rita takes a comprehensive and result-driven approach to disputes. Her experience in estate planning, administration and litigation gives her a global perspective critical to avoiding, abating and resolving disputes. 

Rita also counsels employers on a variety of matters, including discrimination, leaves of absence, policies, and wage and hour issues.
